Increased access and opportunity — not quotas — are what’s needed to level the playing field for minorities, women and LGBT technology founders.
That was the consensus of a panel of thought leaders gathered for Tampa Bay Wave’s kickoff of its TechDiversity Accelerator program, an initiative supported by The Nielsen Foundation to foster the growth of diverse tech startups in the area.
